The Reason We Do This:

I have received emails asking for cheap or free Yorkies, and I want to explain why I don’t sell them at low prices. Primarily, I do not produce cheap Yorkies. You get what you pay for, and I invest a significant amount of time and money in raising healthy, high-quality puppies. While you might find Yorkies listed online for $300 or $400, it's crucial to research the breeders. The conditions and care for those puppies often reflect their low prices. When I began breeding Yorkies, I aimed to create the best environment for them, ensuring they are well cared for, happy, and socialized. The costs add up; my laundry machines run constantly to take care of blankets and toys. Some Yorkies only have one or two pups, and when a litter is larger, it presents challenges. If the mother can’t feed her puppies, I often need to bottle-feed them. Breeding is a full-time commitment. I have a dedicated area for caring for the puppies and spend countless hours managing records and communication. I ensure that my Yorkies receive vaccinations, deworming, and quality food, along with all necessary grooming and medical supplies. Breeders don’t get rich; we do this because we love the breed and want to share the joy of owning these wonderful dogs. My prices are based on size, lineage, and sex; larger dogs tend to cost less, while females are pricier due to demand.
